Standard ocean import clearance takes 3-5 business days. Air freight clearance typically 1-2 business days. If CBP issues an exam, it may add 2-5 business days. Our broker tracks progress and provides real-time updates.
Main fees include: Customs Brokerage Fee, ISF Filing Fee, Duty, and Tax. All fees are itemized before formal entry filing — no hidden charges. Duty rates depend on the HS Code classification of your goods.
Food products require FDA Prior Notice. Plants/wood need USDA permits. Electronics may need FCC certification. Chemicals require TSCA compliance. Our broker reviews your documents and advises on required certifications upfront.
