Amazon FBA requires a Delivery Window scheduled in advance via Seller Central. Drivers must arrive strictly within the appointment window. LTL typically needs 2–5 business days lead time; FTL 1–2 days. All our carriers are Amazon-appointment capable, and we assist with the scheduling process.

FBA truck delivery costs consist of base freight (by weight and distance) plus applicable accessorial fees. LTL is priced by weight and freight class; FTL by lane rate. Possible surcharges include fuel (FSC) and liftgate fees. Our platform compares rates from Estes, Old Dominion, XPO, FedEx Freight and more — fully transparent, no hidden fees.

Amazon fulfillment centers are all commercial addresses — no residential surcharges apply. Our system automatically identifies address type at quote time. Walmart DCs and other retail distribution centers are also commercial, so no residential fees.

Note the warehouse type and appointment requirements when booking, and we'll match the right carrier to meet each retailer's strict inbound compliance standards.

Rejections usually occur due to label issues, missed appointment windows, or non-compliant packaging. Best practices: ① verify all FNSKU labels before shipment; ② ensure pallets meet Amazon specs (height ≤72", ≤1,500 lbs/pallet); ③ retain POD documentation for appeals. If rejected, we assist with return to warehouse or rescheduling, and coordinate with the carrier to minimize costs.

Transit time depends on distance from origin to the FC. Same-state LTL: 1–2 business days. Cross-country LTL: 3–7 business days (varies by carrier). FTL is typically 1–2 days faster than LTL. Note: Amazon's receiving and processing adds another 1–3 days (up to 7+ days before peak seasons), so plan your inbound shipments accordingly.
