Visit Registration Page

Go to shiponlines.comLoginCreate a new account.
访问官网,点击右上角登录 → 创建新账号。

Fill in Details

Company name, contact, email, phone, address. Password at least 8 characters.
填写公司名、联系人、邮箱、电话、地址,密码至少8位。

Submit & Wait for Activation

Agree to Terms, click Submit Request. Activation within 1 business day.

Prepaid wallet model — ensure sufficient balance before placing orders.

3. LTL Quoting & Booking / LTL零担

For shipments that don't fill an entire truck.

Enter Route / 填写路线

Click New LTL Quote. Enter pickup date, origin ZIP, destination ZIP, location types (Business / Residential).
填写提货日期、起运/目的地邮编、地点类型(商业/住宅)。

Freight Details / 货物信息

Add items: pallet count, weight per unit (lbs), dimensions L×W×H (inches), commodity description.
填写托盘数、单件重量、尺寸(英寸)、货物描述。

Freight Class / 货物等级

Auto-calculated by density. Override if you know the correct class. Enter NMFC code (optional) to prevent reclassification rebills.
系统按密度自动算Class,已知正确Class可手动改。填NMFC代码可避免重分级差价。

Accessorials / 附加服务

Select as needed: Liftgate, Appointment, Residential, Inside Delivery.
按需勾选:尾板、预约、住宅配送、室内配送。

Get Quotes / 获取报价

Click Get Quotes — results from multiple carriers in ~30 seconds. Sort by Recommended / Price / Transit.
点击获取报价,约30秒返回多家承运商报价。

Confirm Order / 确认下单

Click Book. Fill in shipper/consignee info, Customer Ref or PO# (required), pickup time window. Optionally enter Declared Value for claim limits.
填写收发货人信息、客户参考号(必填)、提货时间窗。可填货值用于理赔限额。

Place Order / 提交

Click Place Order. Wallet amount frozen, confirmation email sent.
提交后冻结钱包金额,发送确认邮件。

⚠️Quotes expire in 4 hours. If expired, the system prompts you to refresh quotes on the confirm page — your filled data is preserved.
报价4小时有效。过期后可在确认页弹窗刷新,已填数据保留。
⚠️Size alerts: Length > 96" or Height > 84" or Weight > 2,500 lbs/unit triggers an orange warning. Length > 120" or Weight > 5,000 lbs/unit shows oversize notice — may incur surcharges or be rejected by some carriers, consider TL (Truckload) for heavy freight.

4. TL (Truckload) / 整车运输

Enter Route & Freight

New TL Quote → origin/destination ZIP, pickup date, total weight, equipment (53' Van/Reefer/Flatbed).
填写路线、提货日、总重量、车型。

Choose Service

Solo Driver (standard) or Team/Expedited (faster, +$500).
Solo标准时效,或Team加急(+$500附加费)。

Confirm & Submit

Fill shipper/consignee on confirm page. Edit commodity/weight/pallets if needed. Click Place Order.
确认页填写信息,可编辑货物详情,提交订单。

Operations Review

Our team confirms the carrier and sends email notification.
运营团队确认承运商后邮件通知。

💡TL orders display "Assigned Carrier" — actual carrier name is not shown to customers.

Quick Quote

Select port, destination ZIP, container size (20'/40'/40'HC/45'), Live or Drop delivery.

Fill Details

MBL number, container number, LFD, consignee address.

Confirm & Book

Review pricing and submit.

6. Drafts / 草稿管理

Save orders as drafts and finish later.
保存为草稿,稍后继续完成。

Save Draft / 保存草稿

On confirm page, click Save Draft instead of Place Order. All data (addresses, contacts, instructions, declared value) is saved.
在确认页点Save Draft,所有已填信息都会保存。

Continue Editing / 继续编辑

Find your draft in My Orders → click into it → Continue Editing. All data is pre-filled on the confirm page.

Submit or Delete / 提交或删除

Submit Order sends it for review. Delete Draft removes it permanently.

⚠️Quote expired? Submit button is disabled. Click Continue Editing — the system auto-assigns a fresh quote.

Select Origin Warehouse / 选择发件仓库

Go to Package Shipping in the menu and choose the warehouse closest to your cargo (LA / NJ / TX / GA / Miami).

Enter Destination / 填写收件地址

Enter recipient name, address, ZIP, phone. The system auto-verifies the address and identifies Residential or Commercial type.

Enter Package Dimensions / 填写包裹尺寸重量

Enter length, width, height (inches) and weight (lbs). Multiple packages can be added.

Click Get Rates — see prices across FedEx Economy, FedEx Ground, UPS, USPS and more. Sort by price or transit days.

Place Order & Get Label / 选择服务下单

Select a service and click Book. The system generates a shipping label (PDF) automatically once our staff approves.

⚠️Size limits: Girth > 165" cannot be shipped. Girth > 130" incurs oversize surcharge. Weight > 150 lbs triggers a warning.
围长(长+宽×2+高×2)超过165英寸无法寄送;超过130英寸有超尺寸附加费;超150磅有超重提示。
💡Residential address surcharges are automatically included in the quoted price.

For OOG, oversized machinery, over-height/width/weight cargo. Requires manual quote — equipment, permit and route all vary by load.

Per piece L×W×H, weight, count, stackable/tiltable, forklift-loadable, origin/destination ZIP, delivery site conditions (dock/forklift/appointment).

Initial quote within 4 business hours with complete info. Complex routes (multi-permit, pilot car required) may take 1 business day.

10. Cancel & Refund / 订单取消与退款

Request Cancellation / 申请取消

On the order detail page, click Cancel, or contact our support team via WeChat / email.
在订单详情页点击Cancel按钮,或通过微信/邮件联系客服申请取消。

Frozen Amount Released / 冻结金额退回

Once cancelled, the frozen wallet amount is automatically released back to your available balance.
取消成功后,钱包中冻结的金额自动解冻,恢复为可用余额。

View Cancellation Details / 查看取消详情

The order detail page shows the cancellation reason and refund amount clearly.
订单详情页会显示取消原因和退款金额,记录清晰可查。

Re-order with One Click / 一键重新下单

Click Re-order on the cancelled order — addresses and freight info are auto-filled on a fresh quote form.

⚠️In-transit orders (already picked up) cannot be self-cancelled. Contact our team to coordinate with the carrier — additional fees may apply.

💡Refund transactions appear in your wallet history as type "refund".

Quick Jump from LTL Quote / LTL询价页直达

On the LTL quote form, click "查NMFC" next to the freight class field to jump directly to the NMFC lookup tool.

⚠️Freight Class matters. An incorrect class can result in the carrier reclassifying your shipment and billing you the difference — sometimes hundreds of dollars. Use the NMFC Lookup Tool to verify before submitting.

12. Project Logistics / 项目物流

For import shipments that involve multiple stages — customs clearance, container pickup, warehouse transloading, and last-mile delivery — Project Logistics ties everything together in one view.

View Your Projects / 查看项目

Go to Project Logistics / 项目物流 in the left menu. You'll see all your projects with status, container info, and total amount.

Click a project to see the visual timeline: Customs → Pickup → Warehouse → Dispatch. Each step shows its current status.

13. Billing & Invoice / 账单与发票

View Invoices / 查看发票

Go to My Account → Billing. Your invoices are listed with status (Issued/Sent/Paid/Overdue). Click any invoice number to see details and order breakdown.
进入 我的账户 → 账单,查看所有发票列表(已开/已发/已付/逾期),点击发票号查看明细和关联订单。

Download PDF / 下载PDF

Each invoice has a PDF button. Click to download the invoice in PDF format for your records or payment processing.

Invoice Timing / 出账时间

Invoices are auto-generated when your shipment is delivered. The invoice date is your delivery date. For prepaid customers, invoices are auto-marked as paid (wallet deducted at order time). For credit customers, payment is due per your terms (Net 7/14/30).
货物签收后自动出账,发票日期为签收日。预付客户自动标记已付(下单时已扣钱包)。信用客户按账期付款。

Price Changes / 价格变更

Occasionally, the carrier may adjust the rate after delivery (e.g., weight correction, reclassification, accessorial charges). If this happens, we will notify you by email with the reason and amount change. Updated invoices reflect the final amount.
承运商有时会在签收后调整运费(如重量修正、分级调整、附加费)。如有变更我们会邮件通知您原因和金额,发票会更新为最终金额。

Supplemental Invoice / 补充账单

If additional charges arise after the original invoice (detention, reweigh, address correction), a supplemental invoice (Invoice-2) will be issued separately. Credit Notes are issued for refunds or corrections.
如果签收后产生额外费用(等时费、过磅差、地址修正),会单独出补充账单。退差则出Credit Note。

💡Payment methods: Wire transfer or ACH to our bank account (details on invoice PDF). Wallet balance is auto-applied for prepaid customers.

14. Credit Account / 信用账户与额度

Understand your account type, credit limit, and how transactions are tracked.
了解您的账户类型、信用额度规则和资金流向。

Account Types / 账户类型

Prepaid 预付账户 (默认): Top up your wallet first, balance deducted at order time. Best for new accounts and low order volume.
Credit 信用账户: Net 7/14/21/30 payment terms, invoices issued after delivery. For established customers with approved credit line.

预付账户:先充值后下单,钱包余额下单时自动扣减,适合新客户和小批量。
信用账户:按账期付款(7/14/21/30 天),货到后开发票,适合长期合作客户。

Temporary Credit Limit / 临时信用额度

Prepaid customers can request a temporary credit line for urgent orders when wallet balance is insufficient. Contact ops to apply — they will set an amount (typically $1,000–$5,000) and expiry date (typically 30 days).

预付客户钱包不够时可申请临时信用额度(联系运营,金额一般 $1,000–$5,000,有效期 30 天)。用完后充值还款即可。

Credit Expiry / 额度到期

If your temporary credit reaches its expiry date without repayment, the credit line is automatically reduced to $0 the next day. Outstanding negative balance remains until you top up or pay an invoice. You cannot place new orders until the balance is restored.

临时额度到期前未还款,第二天自动归零。负余额仍挂在账上需偿还,新订单无法下单,直到充值或付清。

Mode Switch / 账户类型切换

When upgraded from Prepaid to Credit, your wallet balance is preserved — no funds are moved. Existing pending orders are automatically converted from wallet-deduct to credit-frozen. Future orders go to invoices with your Net terms.

从预付升级到信用账户,钱包余额完整保留,未交付订单的扣款自动退回成 freeze 占用。后续订单走 invoice 账期。

Where to Check / 在哪查看

Login → My Account → Wallet: shows current balance, frozen amount, credit limit, and credit expiry date.

登录 → 我的账户 → 钱包:显示余额、冻结金额、信用额度、到期日。

💡Credit limit tip: We send a reminder via email 3 days before your credit expires. Top up or pay invoices to keep credit available for future orders.
额度提醒:到期前 3 天我们会邮件提醒。及时充值/付款保持额度可用。
⚠️Wallet balance is strictly non-negative except for active credit usage. Any unexplained negative balance is a system anomaly — contact support to review.

15. Payment Flow / 付款全流程

From order to settlement — understand the timing for invoices and payments.

Prepaid: Invoice Auto-Paid / 预付:自动核销

At order approval, your wallet is debited. When the shipment is delivered, an invoice is auto-generated with terms "Due on receipt" and immediately marked as Paid from your wallet (with payment method prepaid_wallet). No further action needed.

下单批准时钱包已扣款,货到时发票自动生成(terms=Due on receipt)且立即标记已付,付款方式为"prepaid_wallet"。无需额外操作。

Prepaid Insufficient: Goes to AR / 预付不够:进应收

If your wallet balance is negative when an invoice is generated (using temporary credit), the invoice stays Issued (unpaid) until you top up. After you deposit, the system auto-reconciles oldest unpaid invoices first (FIFO).

如果发票生成时您的钱包是负数(在用临时额度),发票保持"已开未付"状态。您充值后系统自动按 FIFO 顺序核销最早的未付发票。

Credit: Net X Payment / 信用:账期付款

At order approval, wallet freeze is released (no debit). At delivery + 1 day, an invoice is issued with your Net terms (e.g., Net 30 means due 30 days after invoice date). Pay by wire/ACH or via wallet top-up before the due date.

下单批准时 freeze 释放(不扣款)。货到次日发票生成,按您的账期(如 Net 30 = 发票日 +30 天到期)。账期内通过电汇/ACH 或充值钱包付款。

Receipt Allocation / 收款分配

When we receive your payment (wire/ACH/zelle), our finance team records it as a "Receipt". The receipt amount auto-allocates to your oldest unpaid invoices (FIFO). Any leftover goes to your wallet balance as prepaid credit.

我们收到您的付款后由财务团队录入"收据",金额按 FIFO 自动抵最早的未付发票。多余金额进钱包作为预付余额,用于下次订单。

Overdue & Reminders / 逾期与催收

Invoices past their due date are flagged Overdue. We send reminder emails at +3, +7, +14 days past due. Persistent overdue may result in credit suspension and new order restrictions.

过期未付的发票标记为 Overdue,我们在到期 +3/+7/+14 天发邮件催收。长期不还会导致信用暂停和新订单限制。

💡What if a fee is added after invoice? Additional charges (detention, reweigh, address correction) result in a supplemental invoice (Invoice-2). Refunds appear as Credit Notes. We always notify you by email when amounts change.
发票后新增费用?等时费、过磅差等会单独开补充账单(Invoice-2)。退款则出 Credit Note。任何金额变动都会邮件通知。

16. Dedicated Lanes / 专线配货

What is Dedicated Lane? / 什么是专线配货?

Our weekly pallet consolidation service from California to NJ, TX, Miami, and Chicago (round trip). Pay per pallet — typically 30-50% less than standard LTL. Direct load, fewer touchpoints, less damage.
加州出发的每周固定专线拼车配货,覆盖NJ/TX/Miami/Chicago往返。按托计费,比标准零担便宜30-50%。直装直卸,中转少,损坏少。

How to Book / 如何下单

Option A: When you get an LTL quote for a matching route (e.g., CA→NJ), a blue "Dedicated Lane" card appears at the top of the quote results. Select it to book at the dedicated rate.
Option B: Contact our operations team directly for dedicated lane pricing.
方式A:LTL询价时如果匹配专线路线,报价页顶部会出现蓝色专线推荐卡片,选择即可。

Drop Off at Warehouse / 送仓

Deliver your pallets to our CA warehouse before the cutoff time (48 hours before departure). Ensure pallets are properly shrink-wrapped and labeled with your booking number. We will confirm receipt in the system.
在截止时间前(发车前48小时)将货物送到我们的加州仓库。确保托盘包装完好并标注booking号。我们会在系统中确认收货。

Tracking / 追踪

Your order shows a dedicated tracking timeline: Booked → Received at Warehouse → In Transit → Arrived at Hub → Delivered. Updates are confirmed by our operations team based on warehouse and trip status.
您的订单会显示专线追踪时间线:已预订→已入仓→在途→已到达→已送达。状态由运营团队根据仓库和班次情况更新。

Pickup at Hub / 目的地提货

When your freight arrives at the destination hub, you will be notified. Warehouse pickup is included. If you need last-mile delivery to your door, contact us for a separate quote.

⚠️Cutoff is strict. Cargo not received by cutoff time will be rolled to the next trip. Plan your delivery to our warehouse accordingly.

17. Claims / 货损理赔

Inspect at Delivery / 签收时检查

Always inspect your freight at delivery. If you see damage, shortage, or discrepancy — note it on the POD (Proof of Delivery) before signing. Take clear photos of the damage and packaging.
签收时务必当场检查。如发现损坏、短少或异常,在POD(签收证明)上注明后再签字。拍清楚损坏和包装的照片。

Report Within 5 Days / 5天内报告

Claim Process / 理赔流程

We file a freight claim with the carrier on your behalf. The carrier has up to 120 days to respond. LTL carrier liability is typically $0.50–$25 per pound depending on carrier. We will keep you updated throughout.

• Note damage on POD — this is the most critical evidence
• Take photos before signing
• Keep original packaging
• Report immediately, don't wait
• Accurate declared value helps maximize recovery

⚠️No POD notation = weak claim. If you sign a clean POD, it's very difficult to prove the carrier caused the damage. Always inspect first.
